Smashed Berry Pavlova Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1L Gelatissimo Smashed Berry Pavlova gelato

• 1x Pavlova base

• 3x Passionfruit cut in half

• 2x Kiwi, peeled, thinly sliced

• 100g Blueberries

• 100g Raspberries

• 100g Strawberries

• 100g Blackberries

• Mint

Instructions

1. Wash and prepare all fruit and place aside.
2. Place your pavlova base on a serving plate.
3. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop a variety of small and large scoops of Gelatissimo’s Smashed Berry Pavlova gelato and place in the centre of the pavlova.
4. Place freshly cut kiwis around the edge of the pavlova.
5. Top the pavlova with remaining fruit.
6. Garnish with mint sprigs.
7. Serve and enjoy!
