First up is our Baked Strawberry Cheesecake which is a creamy strawberry gelato, swirled with Australian Beerenberg strawberry jam and loaded with baked cheesecake chunks.

Our gelato is made using real strawberries and baked vanilla cheesecake chunks from an artisan bakery Madhouse Bakehouse.

This gelato is swirled with an iconic Australian Beerenberg strawberry jam which is Beerenberg’s bestselling product. The Beerenberg farm is located in Hahndorf South Australia and has been operating since 1839 as a 100% Australian, family-owned business. They produce over 120 tonnes of strawberries every year which is picked, produced, and packed all on their farm.

We recommend pairing this indulgent flavour with our Wicked Double Choc Brownie, White Chocolate or Choc Chip gelato.

Our second Deluxe flavour is a decadent Triple Choc Vegan Cookie Dough gelato which is a creamy vegan cookie gelato, loaded with choc chip cookie dough chunks and cookie pieces. The ultimate vegan flavour for the cookie obsessed!

This vegan-friendly cookie dough is an Australian made bespoke cookie dough, created especially for Gelatissimo that uses dark couverture chocolate for that extra decadence.

This flavour pairs perfectly with our Vegan Peanut Butter Brownie, Caramel Mudcake or our 96% Sugar-Free Chocolate gelato.

We have FUDGY CHOC CHUNKS & RASPBERRIES, a rich chocolate and raspberry gelato loaded with whole chocolate fudge chunks from the Yarra Valley, using local ingredients and hand made in small batches. This is then rippled with a thick chocolate sauce made with high quality cocoa butter and a tart raspberry sauce to balance out the richness of the gelato.

If you haven’t gone to dessert heaven yet, get ready for FROSTED CINNAMON SCROLLS. It’s a cinnamon and cream cheese gelato, flavoured with Madagascar cinnamon to achieve the perfect sweet and delicate spice undertones. It’s almost been a year since we launched The Deluxe Range you all know and love, so how could we resist creating MORE decadence for you to choose from? It’s time to indulge your senses once again and introduce 2 new mouth-watering flavours, loaded with the ingredients that make them so…deluxe! These two new flavours will be joining much-loved existing flavours in The Deluxe Range: Wicked Double Choc Brownie, Decadent Cookie Dough, Red Velvet Royale, and Choc Dipped Strawberries.

First up is Luscious Lemon Meringue. It’s a tangy lemon gelato folded with crispy pieces of crushed meringue and drizzled with a lemon meringue ripple. This take on the classic lemon meringue dessert is made complete with its flavour derived from real lemon juice squeezed from NSW-grown Eureka lemons!

Then there’s Chunky New York Cheesecake. It’s a deliciously creamy cheesecake gelato withchunks of New York Cheesecake, swirled with a rich caramel fudge and topped with a biscuit crumble. The New York Cheesecake that makes this flavour so decadent is made with Australian cream and New Zealand butter – we’re always using the finest quality ingredients!
